What is terms & conditions management software?

How do you prove a user accepted your terms?
Termitude writes an append-only ledger entry for every acceptance with the user ID, the exact version ID and content hash, the IP, user-agent, locale and timestamp. You can export an evidence pack for any user, any version, on demand.
Can I host terms on my own domain?
Yes. Termitude hosts SEO-friendly canonical pages for every document and supports custom domains (for example legal.yourcompany.com) so the page lives on your brand, not on a third-party URL.
Can I show different terms to different customers or regions?
Yes. Each document can have variants scoped by region, plan, customer segment or product. Variants version independently and the right one is resolved at the API edge based on the request.
How does Termitude fit into web and mobile apps?
