The problem

Most teams manage their legal documents in places that can't tell them what changed.

Terms live in Word and Google Docs

There's no single source of truth, no version history, and no way to tell what changed between drafts.

Acceptance isn't really recorded

Most teams can't show, for a given user on a given date, which version they accepted or what it actually said.

Web and apps drift apart

Marketing site, product, mobile, and onboarding all show slightly different terms, and updating them is a manual scramble.

How Termitude solves it

One platform for the whole document lifecycle.

Document repository

Every Terms, Privacy, DPA, Cookie, AI and SLA document in one library — with owners, approvers, and effective dates.

Publish everywhere

Hosted pages on your own domain plus drop-in embeds and SDKs for web, mobile and in-app surfaces.

Capture consent

Checkbox, click-through, login or forced acceptance — each writes a signed receipt to the consent ledger.

Variants per audience

Different terms by region, plan, product or customer segment, resolved at the API edge.

Single source of truth

Stop copy-pasting policies between Docs, your site and your app.

Termitude is the canonical store. Edit a document once and every embed, hosted page and SDK serves the new version automatically.

FAQ

Common questions

What is terms & conditions management software?
Terms management software is a single source of truth for the legal and policy documents users agree to — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, DPAs, Cookie and AI policies. It versions each document, publishes it everywhere it's shown, and records who accepted which version and when.
How do you prove a user accepted your terms?
Termitude writes an append-only ledger entry for every acceptance with the user ID, the exact version ID and content hash, the IP, user-agent, locale and timestamp. You can export an evidence pack for any user, any version, on demand.
Can I host terms on my own domain?
Yes. Termitude hosts SEO-friendly canonical pages for every document and supports custom domains (for example legal.yourcompany.com) so the page lives on your brand, not on a third-party URL.
Can I show different terms to different customers or regions?
Yes. Each document can have variants scoped by region, plan, customer segment or product. Variants version independently and the right one is resolved at the API edge based on the request.
How does Termitude fit into web and mobile apps?
Drop in a script tag, iframe, React component, or one of the native SDKs (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter). Each renders the current version, captures acceptance, and emits a signed receipt back to your app.
Is this a replacement for a CMS or a contract management tool?
No. Termitude is purpose-built for the policies your users agree to — the documents that need versioning, change classification, re-consent, and an auditable ledger. It complements your CMS and CLM rather than replacing them.
