Termitude is built by Nexuus LLC, an HR and compliance technology company. For years we've shipped products that sit at the intersection of people, policy, and risk — including Workia, our global mobility platform used by multinational employers, and Performerly, our underperformance management platform.

Termitude came out of the same customer conversation, repeated: legal, security, and product teams needed a single place to version a policy, prove what changed, and capture defensible consent — without stitching together a docs tool, an email workflow, and a SharePoint folder.

Most teams run policy change on a fragmented stack: a Word document, a manual email blast, a checkbox bolted onto signup, and a spreadsheet of who accepted what. The result is inconsistent process, gaps in evidence, and risk that grows with every release.
